It's a big day for us! We're excited to show off our shiny new website and solidify our promise: to stand by creators and help them churn out millions of AAA-quality Web3 games.
We've always been big dreamers. Imagine Roblox, but with the next level of graphics and the values of Web3 interwoven into its very fabric. We're inching closer to that dream each day, and we're super excited about sharing our successes and long-term vision with you.
We're about to release the Closed Beta of Sky City, and honestly, we can't contain our excitement. Sky City is not just another game; it's set to be the heart and soul of the AlterVerse ecosystem.
As a player, you'll be able to dive into a plethora of games and servers. And Sky City? It's your home base, your pit stop, where you can hang out, shop, and kick back with some casual gameplay.
And guess what? We're not stopping there. Later this year, we're rolling out our adrenaline-fueled survival MMORPG REKT and our thrilling Esports shooter Outpost. We've designed these games with replayability at their core. They'll play a huge part in keeping our players hooked and expanding our community.
We believe in the transformative power of Web3. It's a game-changer that can help us foster a vibrant community, giving us the upper hand in the bustling Web2 world.
So, what does that mean for our marketing? Expect to see a fun shift. We'll be creating content that's all about Web3, right up until we've got our players sticking around for a good six months.
Our spotlight will be on cryptocurrency and NFT-related content, centered around our $ACE token and our in-game NFTs. Plus, we're cooking up regular NFT giveaways to let the Web3 community amass a collection of AlterVerse NFTs. Later on, they can sell these to mainstream players and reap the benefits.
The key to our success is to make sure our new website effectively leads collectors into our Discord. We're all ears for your thoughts on how we can make our flywheel even better.
We all know the Web2 acquisition funnel is a different beast. It thrives on centralized platforms in the form of game stores like Epic Store, content platforms like Twitch and YouTube, and search engines like Google. That's where our army of Web3 evangelists comes in, helping us climb the ranks.
Then there's the competition. Web2 is a battleground where billions are splashed out on pay-per-click ads on search engines, social media platforms, and even within games and apps.
Right now, the average cost per acquisition (CPA) of users in the PC games market is $3.19. That's why we're gunning for an average revenue per user (ARPU) of at least $6.50 per user. This way, we can make a healthy profit from our products while constantly reinvesting into our marketing.
The CPA and ARPU for mainstream users and Web3 natives aren't the same, so we'll be clever about separating the two data sets. Once we've got that solid data, we're all set to put our marketing dollars to work and reel in users on a grand scale.
